The tribe (group) challenge consists of a range of team-building activities like a relay in rafts around a small island, golf ball challenge, 4x4 slides, burma-bridge, chicken toss, water-related activities in the swimming pool, big puzzle, get the fire burning and other. The survival challenge isn’t very physical and not difficult to complete. It is and an excellent opportunity for management to see “how their staff thinks” - During tribal council, all the tribes get together in a secret area, with a bonfire. - They discuss the participation of the groups during the day’s events. - The tribe-members now vote for the best tribe. - The rest is our secret and will be revealed at tribal council! - We use fire walking as a metaphor that explains the ability to overcome physical and mental barriers with the right mindset. - This can be used for personal motivation and achieving greater productivity, teamwork and camaraderie in the workplace. - Yes on red hot coals,  - Yes - you cán do it!!! - You will be armed with a paint-ball gun, protected clothing and ammo. - Planning, strategy, leadership and a sense of adventure are needed. - The teams try to outwit each other. - Fight until the end. - This is really fun and adventure!! - Slide with a zip line from a platform in the treetops, and make a soft landing in the river. - An instructor will support you through this event. - You will receive a life-jacket before sliding down, and a raft will pick you up if you don’t want to swim back.
